Sales Personnel Qualities

• Capability to generate orders by getting product approvals from customers.
• Appointing distributors who can stock our brand through effective dialogue.
• Identifying potential customers and converting sample submissions into sales.
• Understanding customer demands and forwarding those to the creation team for tailored solutions.
• Excellent customer relationship skills that lead to business growth.
• Ability to connect and negotiate with customer decision-makers.
• Evaluating business ideas from the creation team to identify new opportunities.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate, preferably B.Sc. or B.Tech in Food Science.
• Experties in product application specially in Ice-Cream, Bakery, Confectionery.
• Any food-related diploma course is an added advantage.

Salesperson Required For

• West India
• South India
• North India

Candidate Requirements

• MUST be from one of the following industries: Flavor, Pharma, Chocolate, Ice Cream, Beverage, Confectionery.
• Geographical knowledge of industrial areas.
• Experience in selling flavours and raw materials.
• Not from FMCG background.
• Willingness to travel across regions.
